Self care matters the most and is important to measure how much you value, respect and feel confident. The idea of self-care comes down to finding a way for a happy living, boosting positive thoughts, and taking care of your soul, body and mind everyday.

In the current situation, where pandemic is still ravaging many parts of the world with its destructive causes affecting lives of people in a bad way. It is inducing a considerable degree of fear, worry and concerns in a large group of people affecting mental health. In that case, improving mental health is a priority and one can practice it by following self-care activities like:

Physical: Go for walk, boost energy with exercise, clean and re-organize your room, take a bath and play with your pets or spend some valuable time with beloved once.

Mental: Do meditation, read a book, do a DIY project, learn a new skill and practice to control using phone for too long, take a break from social media and try to make a less screen time as possible.

“If you have ability to LOVE, love yourself first” ……Charles Bukowski

Bringing self care into practice become your first priority before you support people you care about. It is important to practice self-care correctly and responsibly to see its positive impact in living a peaceful live. Start this by writing a note to self, enlist the things you are grateful in life, do the things you love, take a break and keep moving. Before starting self-care activities, you will come across the obstacles or find it difficult lifting your mood to stay focused but all above this choose to be kind, patient, generous and more accepting because it all starts with this.

Keep motivating yourself by asking “HAVE YOU TOLD YOU LATELY THAT YOU LOVE YOU?” and never forget to thank yourself for always being with you. Because “when no one thinks you can’t that’s when you have to”. Always believe that you can come out of every gusty situation as long as you keep valuating your presence and this will lead you to walk on path of creating inner peace.
